The Belgian distributor Zeno Pictures is going to release for the first time on DVD, 25 years after its original release, the Belgian cult film « The Afterman » by director Rob Van Eyck. The 25th Anniversary Limited Edition DVD will be exclusively for sale at BIFFF’s dvd shop.

Van Eyck and his actor Jacques Verbist will be present on Friday 9 April at 22:00 (before the screening of Survival of the Dead) to launch the sale. Afterwards (around 23:30) they will reply to all questions during a Q&A session.    

Zeno Pictures is not only responsible for the Benelux, it will also handle worldwide sales. The distributor has even taken an option on « Afterman 2 » and the recently finished « Afterman 3 ». Some quotes : « The Afterman is a very cool film about a survivor of a nuclear war who encounters lesbians, homey straight women, sex maniacs and cannibals. Kinky and violent and done completely without dialog !” “After 25 years still worth a look!” “The end of civilization, Belgian style!”
